Will Naomi Campbell's New Show Reignite Her Feud with Tyra?
And Will It Reignite Her Feud with Tyra Banks?
Back in 2005, supermodels Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell put an end to their years-long feud during an emotional sit-down on Tyra's (now defunct) daytime talk show.
"Today is a healing day for me and I hope it is a healing day for Naomi too," Banks said at the time.
Unfortunately, it looks like the truce may be called off. Campbell just announced she's currently casting in New York and Los Angeles for The Face, a new reality show on Oxygen that sounds an awful lot like Tyra's long-running series America's Next Top Model. Like ANTM, the show will have various challenges and announce a winner at the end, who will then become the face of a major brand.
"I'm looking for a model with a fearless spirit who can completely transform like a chameleon and take you on a unique journey," Campbell said in a statement. "If I find that, I'll find a truly great model."
A nice sentiment, but one that's likely to infuriate Banks, who's already been dealing with her own ANTM stress. In May, she announced the show was axing her three co-judges, Nigel Barker, Miss J. Alexander and Jay Manuel. The move was considered a drastic attempt to improve ratings, which have declined in recent seasons.

So will this move by the British supermodel cause claws come out? We'll have to wait and see but let's just hope if they do, it will be filmed. That would be some must-see TV!
