Winning?: Charlie Sheen Says He's Still Drinking [VIDEO] [POLL]
Rehab, Schmehab Seems to Be Sheen's Attitude
Charlie Sheen -- once the highest-paid actor on TV, during his days as the star of Two and a Half Men -- continues his career comeback efforts Thursday with the premiere of his new FX sitcom Anger Management.
But while his career is on the upswing, and he has appeared in interviews to be a calmer, saner presence than he was during his "winning" tiger blood days, one thing has not changed: Sheen's still drinking, and he's still resisting rehab.

In an interview on Good Morning America this week, Sheen said he's no longer taking any drugs -- including the one he once called "Charlie Sheen" -- but does admit that he still enjoys his libations.
"We live in a country where it's always Miller Time so what are you going to do?" Sheen said. "It's happy hour somewhere in the world."
And, after another stint in rehab after the public meltdown that led to his firing from Two and a Half Men, the actor also said he's permanently done with rehab.
"I don't believe in rehab anymore," Sheen said today on GMA. "It's not for me. It's not for everyone. It's not a one-size-fits-all and it didn't fit me."
As for his anger issues, he plays an anger management therapist (and yes, he's in on the joke) on his new show, and he also says he's learned some real-life anger management lessons in real life.

"My biggest regret is going a little too far,” Sheen said. "The key for me would have been the advice I got when I was in anger management myself for a year, and that is you can always leave the room.
"It just felt like that I had the kind of career that that (Two and a Half Men) didn't really fit into. Even though I was right, and there were a couple of things they did that were wrong, there is still a way to go about it that's a little less than that."
