Scientists fill in the HIV gap.

If you value your vagina, please read this: 

U.S. researchers think they've found a new mode of male-to-female HIV sharing. It turns out that your vagina isn't as tough as scientists once thought.

In a study done with photo-activated fluorescent tags and other crazy
technical tools, scientists have found that the HIV virus is small enough to go through healthy genital tissue - where it can infect immune cells.

Good news is, these findings could help protect women against HIV by way of new microbicides and vaccines. But until then, please, please (pretty please) protect yourself and use a condom.
