- What is LimeLife and what do you do?
LimeLife, Inc. creates and publishes mobile games, lifestyle applications, wallpapers, and daily text alerts for today's mobile lifestyle. Founded by a team of women, our goal is to design content specifically for women, making their lives a little easier and a little more fun while on the go.
- What kinds of cell phone games and lifestyle applications do you make?
LimeLife is a publisher of mobile phone titles that appeal to women and girls including casual games, such as card, word, and puzzle games. LimeLife is also committed to launching lifestyle applications in the areas of food, fashion, fitness and celebrity.
- Why did I receive a text message from LimeLife with a PIN? I didn't order anything from LimeLife.
We ask customers to enter their phone numbers so we can send them text messages that include a PIN so they can verify their purchases. Occasionally, customers mistype their phone numbers when signing up, so a customer may have entered your number instead of their own. If you do not enter the PIN, you are not subscribed to nor will you be charged for a LimeLife product.
Games & Applications
- How do I find out if a LimeLife game or application is available on my carrier?
LimeLife games are available in the United States on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, and many more carriers. To determine if a product is available on your carrier, simply select a game or lifestyle application. If the game is currently available or coming soon, your carrier will appear in the select carrier pull down. If your carrier appears in the select carrier pull down, select your carrier, and on the following page you'll see a list of handsets that are supported.
- What type of mobile phone do I need to download and use LimeLife games and lifestyle applications?
We develop our games and lifestyle applications for the most popular mobile phones. If you have a phone that is less than two years old, and can access wireless services from your carrier, chances are there's a LimeLife game or application available for you.
- How do I purchase LimeLife cell phone games and applications?
You can purchase LimeLife's products if you can access wireless services from your carrier. To purchase, select a game or lifestyle application. Once you've found that a game or application is available on your carrier and handset, there will be two ways to purchase the product:
- Direct Purchase
If your carrier enables you to purchase products directly from your phone, you'll be able to enter your phone number and select Send to begin the purchase process. We'll send a text message to your phone to confirm your identify. Simply reply Y to the text message and well send you a second text message that contains a link that you can click to start downloading the product.
- Download Instructions
Some carriers, such as Verizon, do not enable you to purchase directly from your phone. If the product is available on your carrier and for your handset, simply follow the download instructions which outline how to purchase the product directly from your phone menu.
- Direct Purchase
The price of our games and applications may vary. However, most games are available for a one-time charge of $5.99 or $3.99 for a monthly subscription.
There are no additional charges for purchasing a game or application from LimeLife. However, when you purchase a game or application from us directly, you may incur standard messaging tolls, data transfer fees, and other possible fees from your carrier. Some applications may require network connections to use certain features and charges may be incurred. If you make frequent network connections, we recommend you have a data plan in place.
You will not use your minutes when playing a game or using an application on your phone. However, if you use certain features that require network connections and do not have a data plan, your minutes may be reduced by your carrier.
We recommend you save a game to your phone instead of to a memory card. Understand that if the game is customized for your handset model so if you attempt to transfer it to another phone using your memory card it may not work in the other phone.
If you followed the instructions during the download process, the game should be on your cell phone. Every phone and carrier is different, however, as are the names of the directories where applications are saved. For example, AT&T usually saves games in a directory titled My Media or My Stuff, Sprint usually saves games in My Downloads, and Verizon uses Get It Now. Please check with your cell phone's instruction guide or your carrier for more details.
To cancel your monthly subscription at any time, simply text STOP with the products keyword to 55433.

NOTE: If you purchased a LimeLife product directly through your carrier, the above process will not cancel your subscription. Please contact your carrier directly to cancel your subscription.
If you cancel before your monthly billing date, you will still have access to all the latest updates for the remainder of your billing month. Alternatively, you can always text cancel, end, quit, stop, or unsubscribe to 55433 and we'll cancel billing for the last LimeLife subscription product to which you subscribed.

Text alerts are daily text messages sent to your cell phone to start your day right. We offer daily horoscopes, beauty tips, love and sex tips, health tips, and more. Find the text alert channel that will keep you grounded, motivated, and self-aware.
- How much do text alerts cost?
Each text alert service costs $4.99 per month.
- Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
There are no additional charges for purchasing text alerts from LimeLife. However, you may incur standard text messaging tolls from your carrier for receiving text alerts.
- Which carriers do you support?
Text Alerts are available for subscribers of Alltel, AT&T, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.
- How do I sign up for a text alert service?
You can sign up for the Service in one of two ways: A) Sign up through your cell phone by texting the services keyword to our short code.

- Why do I need to enter a PIN code?
After entering your cell phone number we send you a text message with a PIN that you enter on our Website. By entering the PIN, you're confirming that its you and no one else who's signing up for the service, thereby protecting your privacy and account.
- I didn't receive my PIN. How do I get one?
In most cases you have not received a PIN because your carrier may be experiencing a network interruption, you may be out of your network's coverage area, or you mistyped your cell phone number. If you have not entered a PIN successfully, you have not been charged for the service, so we recommend you start the purchase process again.
- I received my PIN and closed my browser or navigated away from the Website. How do I enter my PIN?
To enter your PIN, simply navigate back to the Daily Dose channel to which you want to sign up, re-enter your phone number, and enter your PIN when prompted. You will not be charged until you enter your PIN.

Whether you purchase through our Web site or directly through your carrier, all charges are made directly to your phone bill.
- Will I be charged for downloads that are not completed?
In rare cases, downloads of games, applications, and wallpapers do not complete. Often, this is due to network interruptions or your access to your network interruption. If you have received a text message with a link, please try several times. If over a period of a day or two, you cannot download the product, please contact us for more information. Products that have been successfully delivered are not refundable.
- Can I get a refund if I don't like a LimeLife product?
We fully stand by our products, however, because carriers control billing for all products you purchase, we can only offer refunds for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
