Kristin Asleson McDonnell, CEO
Kristin McDonnell has over 15 years experience in growing and operating
consumer digital media companies. She has held senior management positions
in a number of Silicon Valley companies including HearMe/Mpath (IPO),
AT&T's ImagiNation Network (sold to AOL), and Electronic Arts. At Mpath,
Kristin was part of the leadership team that grew the Mplayer online
games service to 10 million registered members, took the company public,
and sold Mplayer to GameSpy (sold to News Corp/IGN). More recently,
she helped drive the launches of two online entertainment communities
-- Xfire (sold to MTV Networks) and There. Earlier in her career, she
was an Associate with McKinsey & Company, a founding employee of Lante
Corporation (IPO), and a marketing associate with IBM. Kristin has an
MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering with Tau Beta
Pi honors from Northwestern University.
Tim Sharp, Senior Vice President, Product Management
Tim has 20 years of experience in media product strategy, production
management and content creation and brings a wealth of experience in
taking major brands and media partners to new platforms, including
mobile, broadcasting, internet, IPTV and cable. As Vice President of
Production and Programming at Weathernews, Tim led the U.S. product
strategy for the largest international provider of mobile weather
content. As Director of Production at Quokka Sports, Tim grew and led
the award winning production group working with partners such as NBC,
ESPN, USA Network, General Motors and Compaq to develop and implement
content, promotion and sponsorship strategies. Tim graduated from
Stanford University with a degree in communications and organizational
behavior.
Barbara Rybka, Vice President, Marketing
Barbara is a seasoned marketing executive with significant consumer
marketing and strategic consulting experience at top-tier brands such as
American Express, Blue Nile, Accenture and Roundarch (a WPP Group and
Deloitte Consulting joint venture). As the VP of Marketing at Blue
Nile, Barbara led the online marketing, PR and front-end web design
teams. At Roundarch, an eCRM consultancy, Barbara led the User
Experience practice, drove sales pursuits and managed strategic projects
at MCI and Autodesk. At American Express, she drove strategic
initiatives for the company, launching co-branded and affinity card
products in the U.S, Europe, Mexico and Australia. Barbara has a
B.S. in Mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from IMD, Lausanne
Switzerland.
Domenica Dinkheller, Director, Channel Sales
A mobile industry veteran, Domenica brings a strong network
of carrier and industry relations in the U.S. and internationally as
well as a deep understanding of wireless business models, emerging
mobile technologies, operations and content strategy. Domenica began her
mobile career in 1999 at Siemens Mobile Phones in Munich where she drove
the pre-loaded applications strategy that differentiated Siemens mobile
phones. As Executive VP Americas for Elkware, Domenica expanded the
company's distribution channels and established successful business
relations with all U.S. carriers and major aggregators in Latin America.
As the Director of Business Development at Infospace, she drove carrier
sales and co-marketing campaigns with licensors. Domenica has an MBA
from the University of Applied Sciences, Munich, Germany.
Richard Fall, Vice President, Engineering
Richard Fall has more than 24 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, ranging from small, fast-moving startups to established public companies, developing cutting-edge technology, moving new products from concept stage to the marketplace, building world-class engineering organizations and delivering value to the customer and investors. Richard was an early employee and VP of Engineering at StarVox Communications, a VoIP facilities-based ASP model company for the SME/Enterprise space for advanced IP applications and services. Previously, he was a Partner with Ridge Partners LLC, a high technology consulting, business strategy, Interim Management, and investment advisor. Prior to Ridge, Richard spent twenty years in engineering and engineering management, in both mid-size and small companies, including publicly held corporations and high-risk startups. Richard has proven hands-on leadership in engineering process turnaround teams and holds three patents in compression technology and high-speed protocol processing. He has numerous publications on data collection and analysis systems in physics journals. Rich earned both a BSEE and an MSEE from Stanford University, with an emphasis on computer engineering, and is a member of Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society.
Gano Haine, Founder
Over the past 15 years, Gano has designed and produced many
best-selling entertainment software titles for Sierra On-Line,
Electronic Arts and Stunt Puppy Entertainment. As the President
and Founding Partner at Stunt Puppy Entertainment, she created
high-quality interactive entertainment titles that sold more
than two million units for clients such as Mattel Media, Atari
and Buena Vista Games. At AT&T's ImagiNation Network, Gano
led the design of innovative consumer online entertainment
experiences. Gano has a B.A. from Duke University with Phi Beta
Kappa honors, an M.A. in Theatre and Drama from University of
Wisconsin at Madison, and did doctoral work in Performance
Studies at Northwestern University's School of Speech.
Denise Roberts McKee, Founder
Denise has been active in the animation industry for 20 years
and the interactive entertainment industry for 10 years. As a
Founding Partner and COO of Stunt Puppy Entertainment, she
directed all art production and managed the licensor and brand
requirements for top brands such as Mattel, Nickelodeon and Buena
Vista Games. Earlier in her career she served as President of
Karen Johnson Productions, Inc., an independent animation house
with multiple film, broadcast, advertising and interactive
credits. Denise has a B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of
Wisconsin at Madison, Magna Cum Laude.
