commented on the article Natalie Portman Compares Eating Meat to Rape: Let's see - taking an individual against it's will, slitting its throat while it's still alive (Kentucky Fried Chicken does this) or slicing face off while still alive (often done to cows), you're right this isn't like Rape. It's like Rape and Murder. Don't we think of our cats and dogs as "humans" as our "children?" If so, cows, chicken, and pigs are just as smart and in the case of pigs, are probably the smartest of the foods we slaughter.
