Call me crazy, but I thought it was a little bit strange that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was planning on meeting with Justin Bieber during Bieber's visit to Israel. But allegedly a meeting was planned. But now reports are saying, Netanyahu isn't happy with Justin's behavior and so he's called the meeting off! What did Justin do?
