Its not that Miley is a bad person, she is just a teenage girl. But thats the problem, she cant be a normal teenage girl. She WAS a Disney Channel star. Little girls look up to her. She cant parade around and be the way she is when MILLIONS of "tweens" look up to her. Its sad that people are exploiting her, but she needs to learn. I DO, however, give her credit for taking it, and moving on. Miley, my advice to you is be more careful.
