Possibly the most glamorous runway show this year.

Nothing says fantasy like Paris during the haute couture shows, and nothing says couture like Chanel. The result? A visually stunning display of clothing-meets-art from mastermind designer Karl Lagerfeld.

This year's collection was no exception. Working with asymmetrical silhouettes, pleated leather, and origami folded silk, it could be Lagerfeld's best work to date. The collection was unveiled this week to an elite crowd fortunate enough to get a seat alongside the likes of Vogue's Anna Wintour. Karl himself was decked out in his traditional high-collared suit and (sparkling!) fingerless gloves. This show was high fashion at its absolute best!
