You can still sparkle!
Just because the holidays are over, it doesn't mean you have to avoid a little sparkle and shine.
But hold on. Don't get all crazy. You still need to show a bit of restraint when bejeweling yourself. Here's our lowdown on sparkle done right.
Sequins
When wearing the festive discs make sure they are all the same color and preferably a muted color like beige, black, or gray. Also, be sure to keep the rest of your look low-key: that means no crazy lace stockings, Art Deco bangles, or gold shimmer eye shadow. Keep it simple, people.
Velvet
