Alec Baldwin In Post-Oscar Car Wreck

Alec Baldwin caught in fender-bender...but it wasn't his fault.

As if hosting the Oscars wasn't enough stress, it's reported that as Alec Baldwin departed from an Oscar party Sunday night, he was involved in a bit of a car collision. Fortunately like Baldwin's Oscar humor, the accident sounds harmlelss.

Alec Baldwin was actually a passenger in a limo SUV that was backing out of a parking space outside the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood Sunday night. The SUV hit a taxi that was parked behind it, but it sounds as though the damage was minor. According to eyewitness reports, no one was hurt.

After avoiding celeb photographers' flashes by putting a paper in front of his face (the papers were his Oscar notes, says one source), Baldwin finally stepped out of the car and surveyed the damage. It's also said that he joked with the photogs about the incident and then went on with his night.
