Ever traveled to a city and said to yourself, "Man, these people are huge!" while simultaneously being bounced off the belly of a man that looks curiously like John Candy? We have! Ok, that last part is a lie - but the first part is all truth.

On the other hand, have you ever been walking around a city and felt totally inadequate compared to the near perfectly built bodies surrounding you?

So inadequate that you just stand there and scream at them for their dedication to fitness and health and running and anything else that's troubling you at the moment. We have! Ok, again, that last part is a lie. We would never do something like that...

What's not a lie is Men's Fitness mag's list of Fittest and Fattest Cities in America. Apparently, Salt Lake City, Utah ranked fittest, while those in Miami, Florida are just a bunch of fat f**ks.
