Amy Adams Recalls Embarrassing Moment During Leonard DiCaprio Love Scene
Amy Adams has confessed to having some “unfortunate drippage” removed from her nose during a love scene with Leonard DiCaprio. The embarrassing moment happened when the 34-year-old redhead was working on Catch Me If You Can, in which the Titanic star plays a young conman.
Commenting on a picture of herself cuddling up to DiCaprio on set, Adams told Allure magazine: “In this scene I’m crying, crying, crying. “In one of the takes I was crying so hard that there was some unfortunate drippage from my nose. They had to remove it. “At the time I wasn’t seeing anyone and I thought how warm Leo’s chest was.” The actress also confesses that she can no longer eat lobster after boiling one alive in preparation for her new movie Julie & Julia, in which she co-stars with Meryl Streep. The film is based on a blog written by a woman who, on the cusp of 30, decides to spend a year working through Julia Child’s classic cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking. “I still can’t eat lobster,” Adams says. “It traumatised me.”
