Angelina Jolie Slams Planned Quran Burning
Pakistan needs more help, says the 'Salt' star.
Angelina Jolie has some choice words for the planners of an upcoming Quran-burning on the 9th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Rather, she doesn't have any words at all.

Currently touring Pakistan in order to raise awareness about the recent flood disasters that have affected some 17 million people in the country, Jolie issued a brief but pointed comment at the drama happening back home.
"I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody's religious book," Jolie told reporters in Islamabad, the country's capitol.
In case you haven't heard, a pastor by the name of Terry Jones, who happens to be the leader of a small but vocal Evangelical church in Florida, is planning a protest against the religion of Islam by staging a mass burning of the religion's holy book on Thursday.

The 35 year-old Salt star seems to agree with officials, including General David Petraeus, the U.S.'s top commander in Afghanistan, that the event would endanger American troops by inciting the wrath of Islamic extremists.

Meanwhile, Jolie is busy trying to bring attention to Pakistan. Despite being victim to one of the world's worst natural disasters in recent years, the country is still not getting close to what it needs.
"There's lots of speculation about why this one has not gotten the attention it deserves," Jolie said. "Even all of the wonderful coverage ... is not getting the response that usually it's able to get."
