Ashlee Simpson Dropped Pregnancy Weight Fast

Ashlee Simpson was yet another lucky celebrity who peeled off the pounds after having her child, and she says that (surprise surprise) she has "good genes" and is lucky when it comes to weight loss. She also says that because she's 24 years old, but not all of us were/are that lucky, even at 24!

"After I had Bronx I lucked out," Ashlee told PEOPLE. "I mean, I'm 24-years-old, [I have] the genes from my mother and I did work out for three months," she continued.

It sounds like Ashlee was ready for a battle when it came to the baby weight, but having time to make it to the gym definitely helped as well. Ashlee admitted that her mother Tina spends time with Bronx "on a daily basis," which has probably meant that Ashlee could sneak in her workouts after having her kid.
