Get a Toned Tush to Match
Ashley Greene has great arms that never cease to impress us. Her biceps are amazing and so are her shoulders, but if we've been working on our arms for Greene-like sculpting, we're going to need to pay attention to the rear. Here's what to do.
*Try squats. For a Chair Squat, stand with your feet hip-width apart and squat with your butt backwards and down, keeping your knees from extending over your toes. Allow your butt you barely touch the chair before you rise and repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps.
*Go running uphill. Crank that treadmill up to the highest incline you can without slowing your pace to a walk. Rock that for 5, and then lower the incline for 3 minutes, and then go back up!

*Take to the stairs. You'll tone your backside and your quads, and you can do these anywhere there's a staircase!
