Ashley Admits It Wasn't Just Workouts
Ashley Greene has admitted that undereating was essential to her trimmed-down, in-shape self for New Moon. Don't worry, her publicist was having a melt-down as she told the tabs, but that didn't stop Ashley from talking about her fitness routine as well.
The actress told Us mag that getting in shape was "really easy," because she was too busy to eat!
"We were working 12 hours a day, so it didn't leave too much time to eat," Ashley said. Her publicist, standing nearby at Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights event in Naperville, IL, subsequently freaked, while Ashley kept right on talking about fitness.
Ashley Greene commented that her food choices after her grueling workouts were "really healthy stuff, which was nice," and that she had a trainer to work out with her daily. "We had a personal trainer and then we also had fight training," she told Us. "It was a good four hours a day of training."

Ashley seems like she has a pretty healthy lifestyle when she's not training for a film, and she even admitted that she usually sticks to 6 days of morning pilates weekly, which "refreshes" her-- "kind of."
