According to reports, Audrey Hepburn's son, Sean Ferrer, objected to the depiction of her with a cigarette dangling from her mouth and pulled the printing run in 2001. The advance copies had already been delivered to the Deutsche Post, after which an employee pocketed a few stamps and used them to send letters postmarked from the German capital.
