Batman Is Going On Vacation

Send up the bat signal!

All you Batfans, it's time to go into hibernation -  it's going to be another two years until the next Batman movie hits the big screen. Why? Because director Christopher Nolan is just too busy.

Nolan is currently working on a film titled Inception based on a screenplay he wrote. The sci-fi thriller, "set within the architecture of the mind" will start shooting this summer and be scheduled for release in 2010.

That means no Batman for the time being. But don't fret all you Bat freaks. Three years passed between the first Bale-Batman venture and The Dark Knight. You can wait it out.

Let's just hope Bale keeps his rage in check. He might find himself out of a job.
