Move over Jen Aniston, you're no longer Alec's fave guest star on 30 Rock. Salma Hayek, who played Baldwin's love interest for five episodes, has stolen the coveted title. According to Baldwin, "She was literally the most fabulous woman that I've ever worked with."

We feel for Michelle Williams. The Dawson's Creek alum, who has been laying low, is now emerging to do some press for her film Synecdoche, New York. Williams opened up to Newsweek about losing Heath and dealing with the grief. Says Williams, "It's just that the more time that passes, the more you miss someone. In some ways it gets worse. That's what I would say."

"I never tried drugs in my life so I didn’t know about it all,” she said. “It was hard to go there. In the beginning I didn’t want to offend anyone, I didn’t want to ask the wrong questions or seem judgmental."
