Beyonce recently took to the stage with Jay-Z for her "I Am... Sasha Fierce" tour, and the curvy star's gams looked sparkling, toned, and super-long. Here's our tip for toning up your legs fast.
One of the coolest ways to tone your thighs is the resistance flutter band kick, which also helps you tone your abs. With a resistance band, lie down on an exercise mat and loop the handles of the resistance band on each foot.
Hold onto the resistance band at the middle and lower yourself down onto your back. While pressing your stomach towards the floor, lift your legs up so they are at a slight angle from the ceiling (not quite pointing all the way up).
Point your toes and scissor those legs for ten to 15 sets, each set being a "pair" of scissors. You can make things even more challenging by keeping your legs about 10 inches from the floor and scissoring instead.
There's no need to done a golden leotard like Beyonce to show off your newly-trim legs--you can go with a mini instead.
