Bill Murray Crashes Karaoke Party

He brought a little lady with him too.

Whenever someone starts up a cheesy rendition of "Sweet Caroline" on karaoke night, Bill Murray pricks up his ears. The actor reportedly showed up to a New York City karaoke bar the other day, then sat down with some party-goers and took over the microphone.

Seen in a series of photos posted at TheChive.com (one of which you can see above), the Caddyshack legend reenacted one of the scenes from his movie Lost in Translation by belting out some tunes from the karaoke machine.

Murray showed up to the Karaoke One 7 bar in Manhattan, took a seat with his date and sang an Elvis song. Not only that, but he also reportedly bought everyone drinks.

As one witness wrote:

"We got a knock on the door ... IT'S BILL F@#KING MURRAY! We were all shocked of course but at that point we were already pretty trashed so the party just kept going. He was super nice and they all fit right in. His girl was really cute, and as far as i remember, from Amsterdam. She sang a bunch of random French songs!"

Murray and his date reportedly stuck around for four hours, making it seriously the coolest karaoke night I've ever heard of.
