Bobby Brown Hints At Whitney Houston Bisexuality
Bobby Brown tries for revenge in new memoir.
Whitney Houston's attempts as the comeback queen have finally met their match: ex-husband Bobby Brown. In his new memoir Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But..., Brown argues that his marriage to pop icon Whitney Houston was nothing but a cover-up for rumors that Whitney dated women.
There's one woman in particular Brown mentions Houston felt defensive about -- her assistant, Robin Crawford. Brown says Houston wanted to marry him to save her reign as the "American Sweetheart," and that the alleged lesbian affair "didn't go too well with her image." "[The marriage] was doomed from the very beginning. I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married."
Brown concedes Whitney's goal "was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children." He says their marriage was the "only solution" for Whitney to save herself from the bisexuality rumors...but hey Bobby Brown, your marriage, divorce, rea are over. And we don't know if you've noticed, but, here's the deal: Whitney's still queen. Good luck with your book.
