Boondock Saints 2 Trailer Released
Bang bang.
In 1999, writer and director Troy Duffy debuted Boondock Saints, a trigger-happy story about two Catholic Irish-American brothers in Boston who embark on a city-wide spree of vigilante justice. Today, the film is practically worshipped by action-movie lovers. And now, the trailer for the sequel has been released.
When it came out 10 years ago, Boondock Saints made very little waves at the box office. It made only $30, 741 in its run in theaters, yet a cult following soon sprung up. Posters and DVDs sold like hotcakes, and the film became a staple of every shoot-em-up fan's repertoire.
With the release of Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day, director Troy Duffy and his cast of Sean Patrick Flannery, Norman Reedus and Billy Connolly are looking to actually make a blockbuster this summer.
So get on out there and see the sequel everyone is talking about. Make sure this time you're be part of a cult classic before it even has a chance to become one.
