Bristol Palin Gives Birth to the Next T

And the world gains another maverick. Wink. Wink.

Bristol Palin, the formerly preggers daughter of the woman formerly running for VP, has given birth to a healthy baby boy. The 7 lb, 4 oz bundle of Alaskan goodness was born on Sunday.

So what did BP name her little guy? Despite our hope that she'd call him something Palin-esque - like Wood Corps or Flack Gobbler - Bristol went with a relatively normal name. Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston.

We're guessing she's carrying on the "T" tradition. All the Palin men have names that start with "T" - Todd, Track, Trig, and now Tripp. How t-riffic!

Baby Daddy, Levi Johnston (who is also 18-years-old), says he and Bristol plan to marry in 2009 and raise the bambino together. Mmm-hmm. We'll see how that goes now that Mama Palin's no longer under the magnifying lens.
