Rumors and tall-tales have surrounded Britney Spears ever since the first day she pranced sround in a school girl's outfit, and we have never known what was truth or fiction... until now. The pop songstress has released her own list of the most ridiculous Britney Spears-related stories of the year.

A new page on the singer's website, titled "Bulls#!t Alerts," offers the "inside-scoop- straight from Britney and her team on what's true and what's bull."

What a great Christmas present from the Spears squad. Finally we can sort through all the trash to find little nuggets of truth, shedding light on the real Spears. According to her website:

"There were more then 13,000 stories written about Britney in 2009.  We ranked the ones we believe were the most ridiculous.  Either because they were factually inaccurate, because they reported the patently absurd, or because we believe they are simply offensive to the sensibilities."

Among the choice fabrications on the list of 75 bulls*it Spears stories are: "Courtney Love Rants on Facebook that Britney Spears' Dad Molested Her;" "Britney thinks her dad is drugging her;"  "Britney dates Indian Choreographer Sandip Soparrkar;" and "Fans storm out of Britney's Australian show due to lip-synching."
