Britney, did your brain fall out with those extensions? Late this week Britney Spears donned a tunic top as a dress, showing off a body part that, quite frankly, nobody cares to see anymore. Somebody please stop this woman? Please?

Britney Spears, we don't care if you're finally back in "I'm a Slave 4 U," pre-baby shape. Not only is this dress hideous, it's not a dress -- it's a top. It might be cute without those ridiculous sleeves and if you had chosen to wear pants underneath -- or, you know, just underwear.

And the worst part is that Britney Spears did not just wear this try-to-be-glam getup for any special event. She wore it to buy a milkshake. At Johnny Rockets.
