Techbargains' Black Friday Myths

Are you into Black Friday? Are you gearing up for deals? I have to admit that I always thought that Black Friday was just hype--but there really are deals to be had, says Techbargains. Here's what you should know about Black Friday.

Here are just a few busted shopping myths that will get you in the mood for Black Friday:

Myth 1: Deals are mostly hype. According to price monitors, the prices are really the lowest they'll be for 6-12 months. If you're grabbing a big gift, this is definitely the time to get it.

Myth 2: You need to wait in line. Did you know that 95% of in-store deals are now available in-line? No need to risk getting literally trampled when you shop for Black Friday deals.

Myth 3: All deals go quickly. There are often deals available through Sunday of all the non-limited quantity stuff. Don't panic!

Myth 4: Black Friday begins on the Friday after Thanksgiving. If you really want to get a deal or two, get online on the stroke of midnight after Thanksgiving and start searching for what you need. If you want some serious deals, this may be your best shot.

Will you be shopping Black Friday sales?
