Harvard student Caroline Giuliani was sentenced to a single day of community service after she was found shoplifting in early August. People.com reports Giuliani was busted with approximately "$100-worth of a Dior skin primer, Bliss moisturizer and a hair net from an Upper East Side Sephora store earlier this month."
Tuesday a judge sentenced Giuliani, daughter of former NYC mayor Rudy, to clean up trash for a day to help the New York City Department of Sanitation.
Caroline Giuliani will have to fulfill her sentence before her next court appearance, which is scheduled for November 4. Giuliani will head to Harvard to start her senior year next week.
It's said Giuliani, 21, remained completely silent in court and was accompanied by her mother, Rudy Giuliani's ex-wife Donna Hanover (pictured above with Caroline in 2008), as well as her stepfather, Edwin Oster. Rudy Giuliani did not attend.
