I have been looking more closely at Carrie Underwood's beauty routine lately, and she definitely sticks to what works for her. Usually flaunting a lighter lip and bold hair, she provides easy beauty inspiration both on and off the red carpet. Here are some tips on getting your Carrie Underwood beauty routine together.
There's just something about having a natural glow. Now that it's cold (even here in Miami, a little!), it's really hard to make those shimmery bronzers work that we had stored up from summer.
Instead, I've been adding a peachy glow to my skin with a custom-blended mixture of lightweight moisturizer and foundation, plus translucent shimmer cream (I'm partial to DEX, as you know). You can mix up a little to match your face all over, and then mix another half-teaspoon or so in order to add more shimmer cream to highlight the cheekbones.
Next, add a fresh coral-pink blush to your cheeks. While many people add it right after foundation, dust translucent powder on first to help it glide on without looking harsh or blotchy.
