Channing Tatum Had Penis Skin Burned Off

Well, well: if only we could have been around to help Channing Tatum when he thoroughly scorched his nether regions... or at least call 911. Mr. Hunky Tatum admitted that he came extremely close to losing part of his penis while filming The Eagle of the Ninth.

Channing Tatum, who was featured in a full spread and interview in Details magazine, described how he was surprised by a kettlefull of boiling water down his pants while filming in the Scottish highlands. If you are squeamish, don't read his rather graphic account of penis-scorching:

"The only way to keep warm was by pouring a mix of boiling water and river water down your suit," Tatum, 29, tells the magazine. "We were finally done shooting for the day, and one of the crew guys asks if I want to warm up before I go. I'm like, Nah, I'm good. And then I thought, Why not?"

Tatum regrets that change of mind, because he "pretty much burned the skin off the head of [his] d*ck." Since the actor was in the sticks, he had to be driven a full hour to reach a hospital.

"I said to the driver, who was ex-special-forces Marines, ‘You might have to knock me out, because I don't know if I can take the pain. Just grab something and hit me on the back of my head,'" he recalls.

Tatum, a former stripper, was still embarrassed when five men were examining his "shriveled, burned penis."
