Charlie Sheen to Tell Court: Brooke Made Up Assault!

What really happened over Christmas, when Charlie Sheen was arrested for domestically assaulting his wife, Brooke Mueller? Charlie is calling Brooke a liar, and saying that she completely fabricated the entire situation!

Although Charlie has been charged with one felony and two misdemeanors, the Two and Half a Men star, 44, plans on using Brooke's recent drug and alcohol addictions to their fullest advantage in trial, reports RadarOnline.

"Charlie is going to contend that everything Brooke told the police isn't true-that she was out of her head, that she was so messed up she didn't know what was going on," a source tells Radar. Another insider will corroborate that Brooke, 32, "partied hard the night of the incident. She drank heavily and she smoked crack. And Charlie is fully prepared to use that as apart of his defense. Considering the fact that she went to rehab after the incident, Charlie's argument is going to have a lot of weight."
