Chris Brown Gets 95 Parking Tickets Dismissed
What Will It Take For Chris Brown To Be Thrown In The Slammer?
For most people, getting 117 parking tickets is virtually unthinkable; but for Chris Brown, they're a mere inconvenience. Well, at least they were an inconvenience when he was responsible for them.
Having been cited for 117 parking offenses, Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos (he of "Get Winona Ryder off scott free" fame) succeeded in getting 95 of those tickets dismissed. The Next To You singer racked up a total of $15,000 in parking fines by leaving his car in what appeared to be a disabled space outside his Los Angeles apartment complex.

Making a lucky escape, sources at the City of West Hollywood tells TMZ, the parking spaces in question were assigned to Brown's apartment from the beginning and he wasn't doing anything wrong by parking there. As a result, Brown will only need to pay the outstanding amount on the remaining 22 tickets.
Brown seems to be riding a wave of luck lately. After his awful MTV VMA performance (miming? really?), the star somehow managed to throw his $22,000 diamond-encrusted Rolex into the audience. As we previously reported, after his bodyguards searched high and low for the timepiece, a fan simply handed it over.

A grateful Brown has rewarded the girl, whose name is Alisha, with VIP concert tickets and backstage passes -- replete with a meet and greet. Pretty nice gesture on his part. Now all he has to do is cut out the anti-gay rants, sing live, park in non-disabled spaces, and generally overhaul his personality for us to like him again.
