Don't worry, everyone; Chris Brown is ready to let bygones be bygones and forget about how people have mistreated him. The "I Can Transform Ya" singer—who's been struggling to rehabilitate his image for the past year, after pleading guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna—unveiled a new piece of body art, and a new philosophy, on his Twitter page earlier this week.
