Chris Brown: Sued by Shutterbug

As if he wasn’t already in enough legal trouble, Chris Brown is now being sued by a photographer who claims he was assaulted by the singer.

According to a report, Robert Rosen has filed a lawsuit against the “Kiss Kiss” singer and LA Fitness for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.

Chris was reportedly playing basketball at the fitness facility when Rosen began snapping photos and was quickly apprehended by Brown’s bodyguards.

According to Robert (a member of the gym), Brown’s security “shook me with incredible force,” leading to his emotional distress and bodily harm.

Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, told press, "This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. [Rosen] has done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."
