Chris Brown's "Sturdy" Relationship with Rihanna

Chris Brown, Shut Up

Chris Brown's magical tour of promo continues as he offends the general public with his comments about Rihanna--lucky us! The artist, currently on five years probation, says that he and Rihanna were really close before he assaulted her. Oh, gee, and that makes it better?

In his interview with Larry King, Chris Brown said that "Our relationship was pretty good. We had a pretty sturdy and great relationship. I'm not saying domestic violence is a part of relationships. We're both young, nobody taught us how to love one another. No one taught us a book on how to control our emotions, our anger."

"I'm not trying to fall on the fact that I'm young," he said. "There's a lot of stuff I wish I could have changed that night."

I think being a cool couple isn't something you want to talk about after you basically put your ex-girlfriend through hell. Obviously the on/off relationship wasn't as cool as Chris Brown seems to think--we know he has memory problems, anyway--because he wouldn't be in this situation if it were.

He also says that he and Rihanna got back together during the infamous jet ski weekend. Can Rihanna also get a court order to get him gagged? That would be nice.
