Francesca Eastwood and celebrity photographer/boyfriend Tyler Shields desecrate luxury handbag for the sake of art

Clint Eastwood's daughter is getting some decent publicity for her upcoming reality show, thanks to the artistic destruction of a luxury accessory.

Francesca Eastwood, the 18-year-old star of the new E! reality show Eastwood & Company, recently partook in a photo shoot with her boyfriend, 30-year-old Tyler Shields, which is bound to get some attention. The visual project was based around the idea of obtaining a specific Hermes Berkin handbag that retails for about $100,000, and setting it ablaze, with photographic evidence depicting the deed.

Shields, who's known for his art that sometimes focuses on luxury items being ravaged(including Christian Louboutin shoes, which usually retail for more than $1,000), unveiled the photos during the opening of his Mouthful exhibit, supporting the anti-bullying campaign Love Is Louder in Los Angeles, according to The Daily Mail.

The photos show the posh handbag being pulled in a tug of war, sawed in half with a chainsaw, then lit on fire, all in the name of art.  A line on the photographer's website, TylerShields.com, describes the motive: "Destruction is a beautiful version of freedom ... Would you want this bag? Are you sad to see me destroy it?"

There are easier ways to dump $100,000 ... After all, it's the same fee that Paris Hilton charges promoters to show up at a night club according to this article
