Conan O'Brien's Writers Angry About Pay Cut
And they're not happy!
We're just happy Conan O'Brien and his team, including his writers, still all have jobs. And will be coming at us on TBS this fall. But we're hearing Conan O'Brien's writers are not happy with the pay cut they're taking. We guess we can't blame them!

Of course, we've felt bad for Conan O'Brien and his team ever since they all lost their jobs on NBC's the Tonight Show. We just knew someone else would pick Conan and his team up and sure enough, TBS did. The new show is set to start airing in November and we couldn't be more excited. Unfortunately, Conan's writers aren't exactly thrilled.
An insider tells the New York Post, "This is no surprise. One show was broadcast network; the other is basic cable. It's a different pay scale. It's not just writers; it's everybody." And it does make a lot of sense. TBS just doesn't have as much money as NBC does.
And it doesn't sound like Conan's writers should get too mad yet because we're not even sure how much they'll be making yet. The Writers Guild is still in negotiations and nothing has yet been resolved. We hope they end up getting more than they're expecting!
