DA Continues to Investigate Lindsay Lohan
Ramping things up
In a recent report, we gave Lindsay Lohan some credit for not being a total liar after she produced proof that she bought her return ticket to Los Angeles. However, the news is in that Danette Meyers, the deputy district attorney handling Lindsay's case, will be back to investigating--thoroughly--next week.
Why isn't Meyers investigating things right now? Well, she's currently trying a death penalty murder case, but she expects to have some time for Lindsay when the trial goes to jury.
Danette means business. She told the Radar Online that "I will be sending our investigators out into the field to talk to potential witnesses regarding Ms. Lohan's alleged probation violation."
"As soon as I'm finished with this current death penalty trial, I will be focusing all of my efforts on Ms. Lohan's upcoming hearing," she continued.
Wow! Lindsay Lohan should be shaking in her boots about this trial. Meyers sounds super tough, and it has been hinted that Lindsay has violated her probation.
"Once a person submits to a drug test, it only takes about one day to get a result," Meyers said ominously.
As previously reported, Lindsay was ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet after missing court last week. She's already run into styling problems, and she recently asked Chanel to send her some of their designer faux tattoos so that she can wear a dress.
"can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that i can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!? x," she tweeted.
We have a feeling that Lindsay Lohan has far more problems than styling up her SCRAM, wouldn't you agree?
