Dame Judi Dench, Queen Latifah Could Replace Steve Carell on 'The Office'

While I'm pretty sure Rainn Wilson's Office character, Dwight Schrute, would die for Michael Scott's job, it looks like Dunder Mifflin is getting a new boss. And Rainn Wilson is spilling details on who he thinks will land the role on The Office.

Of course, in true Rainn Wilson fashion, we don't really get a whole lot of information on who will be replacing Steve Carell on The Office. But we do get a few laughs!
Wilson tells Access Hollywood, "I know they've been interviewing a lot of people for the position of the boss... They reached out to Dame Judi Dench last week, Queen Latifah, Nick Nolte and Ice-T or Ice Cube, I can't remember... There's a lot of options out there on the table."

Now that he mentions it, I think Queen Latifah would make an awesome Steve Carell replacement! She'd take over Dunder Mifflin like nobody's business! So, Rainn Wilson isn't exactly dishing any helpful information. He does, however, note that Dwight Schrute won't become to the boss, saying, "Dwight could never become the boss because he would just fire everybody in the office." True.

But Access Hollywood had previously reported that two stars from HBO's Eastbound Downare up for the role: Danny McBride and Rhys Darby. Do you think either of them would be a good replacement for Michael Scott? Or is there someone you'd rather see? I think this replacement is going to have to be pretty darn good or the future of The Office may not be too bright.
