Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson 'close to agreement' over Michael's children
The custody hearing in the Michael Jackson case has been postponed again as reports suggest that Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson are to agree an out of court settlement. The guardianship hearing for Michael's three children was supposed to take place on July 20 - but the Los Angeles Superior Court have now said it won't happen until August 3.
It is the second time the hearing has been postponed. It has been reported that lawyers for Katherine and Rowe have been working on a custody deal out of court. Sources claim that Rowe won't challenge Katherine's request for custody of Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and Prince Michael II, seven. In 2001, Rowe decided to terminate her parental rights, though that decision was overturned and she later reached an undisclosed settlement with Michael.
