Did Kate Gosselin Ban Jon From Twins' Birthday Party?

Not a happy birthday for the Gosselins as Kate allows Jon just two hours with the kids.

Jon, stop whining! Jon Gosselin didn't take Nancy Grace's advice this week when she told him to stop making the divorce saga all about him. It's "about your children," Grace said...but on their two oldest daughters' birthday today, Jon's crying because he's not invited.

"She's trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on their birthday because she doesn't want to see me. She doesn't want to hear my apology. She doesn't want to work things out."

Jon Gosselin says that obeying Kate would give her full custody of the kids, and that she can't stop him. "She can't tell me what to do. I'm not going to allow it. I'm just going to stay. I own the house so I can do what I want."

Here's what Kate's email said: "Due to recent events, it will be too stressful to the kids to have both of us here as planned. I would like to split the evening so they can see us both."

Actually, it sort of sounds like Kate is trying to compromise, but Jon calls the email "ridiculous." Meanwhile, the Gosselin financial feud may come to a close tomorrow. Read about the family emergency yesterday that caused the judge to delay it for yet another day.
