Father Calls 911 When Daughter Won't Get Him Beer

Desperate times call for desperate measures -- like when you really need a beer and your kid won't fetch once for you.

Taking matters into his own hands, a drunk dad called 911 when his daughter wouldn't get him the beer he really had his heart set on.

In the (drunken) mind of Robert Hagerman, of Seminole, Florida, this was a real 911 worthy emergency.

Hagerman told the police dispatcher that his daughter was hitting him and throwing things at him, as well as using drugs.

That certainly sounds like an emergency, but when police arrived, they found Hagerman to be "very intoxicated and uncooperative," according to a report.

His daughter explained that he called because she wouldn't get him a beer, which she backed up with a phone recording of the incident.

Hagerman was arrested for falsely reporting an emergency.

Sounds like somebody has a little drinking problem.
