There were two major reasons Elin needed to exit the home she once owned with Tiger in Windermere, Florida: first, the Nordegren-Woods divorce agreement demanded that the exes live close to each other so they can both be involved in their two children's lives; and second, Elin was unhappy living in the home where her marriage to Tiger Woods exploded.
