Emma Watson Hearts American Bagels

It must be fun to be at Brown...

Emma Watson is so grounded that I'm jealous. Maybe since her paychecks didn't go to her head, she's just perfectly lovely and self-assured? She's almost too good to be true, but then she comes out with something about loving bagels, and you want to be her best friend.

She's fresh, she's rich, and she's enthusiastic about American cuisine!

"Bagels - they're the best thing ever! Americans just love variety; there's so much choice, it's overwhelming," Emma gushed to Parade. "But I love trying the blueberry and raisin and cinnamon bagels. Luckily, I exercise a lot."

Emma Watson also talked about why she loves college. It's true; she adores it. The freedom is intoxicating, it sounds like, and she's lapping up the opportunity to do what she wants, when she wants.

"It's incredibly empowering and liberating," she said. "My friends think I'm crazy because I get so much joy out of really simple pleasures like staying up late talking or deciding to go for a walk."

I'm sure her fans will be getting her bagel gift cards and recommending places to grab one when she's not studying. If a celebrity says they love something, usually their fan base latches onto it. Isn't it nice that Emma Watson just said "American bagels" as opposed to "New York bagels"? I've had some great ones in some pretty random places.
