GQ Names Men Of 2009
GQ's list packs 20 names with punch.
When you think about it, we live in a pretty cool society. With enough determination any one of us can be just about anything we want (just ask Sarah Palin), and success stories run the gamut from world leaders to movie stars to athletes. GQ Magazine has picked their favorite men in all of these categories, and it's a list that we think you'll level with.
Who's on top in 2009? GQ published five covers of their December issue so that a quarter of their superstars get a little extra shine in the spotlight. Here are the highlights (and the fellas who star on the respective covers):
-Chris Pine slams "Breakout of the Year"
-Barack Obama lands "Leader of the Year"
-Clint Eastwood wins "Badass of the Year"
-Tom Brady scores "Comeback of the Year"
.
-Ed Helms, Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis laugh all the way to "Funnymen of the Year" for their performance in The Hangover
GQ says they'll announce their obsession of the year on Wednesday...we're hoping for Robert Pattinson, but past Obsessions have been Hayden Panettiere and Lindsay Lohan.
The GQ Men of the Year issue hits stands November 24.
