Get Taylor Swift's Bouncy Curls with a Flat Iron
Tricks of the Trade for Taylor's Tendrils
Taylor Swift's curls are so amazing, and I know you've heard me talking about them before. If you crave bouncy locks just like me, I recently read a cool tutorial on how to get Taylor's curls with a flat iron. If that's a move that's always puzzled you, here's what you can do.
I was impressed at how easy the tips were to follow, so hats off to Lippe Taylor on awakening my inner curly girl! While the instructions were Sedu-specific, you can substitute your iron of choice... although the Sedu is my personal preference as well.
*You will be working with small sections of hair-- take a piece of freshly washed and dried hair and twirl it around your fingers. This will create a "ring" of hair.
*Taking your finger out of the center of the ring but keeping its shape, use a Sedu Revolution Pro Nano Ceramic Tourmaline 1 Inch or equivalent to press the ring for 5 to 7 seconds.
*Keep the ring in place and spray it all over with high-hold hair spray. I've been going old-school and using Citre Shine! I've always liked their Shine Mist and mousse.
*Pin up your hair ring while it cools and move on to the next section, and once done with your head, release the rings and shake!
