We are being urged to get in touch with ourselves and give auto-love (be it from toys or otherwise) a try. Here's why some sexperts are claiming the big M leading to the big O to be an essential part of our sexual health.
Do you feel comfortable with your body, or do you consider yourself a bit of a wallflower? There are more reasons than you think to masturbate, and many can provide both physical and psychological benefits. Some reasons to give it a go (or at least not be ashamed to do it regularly) might convince you to give things a try.

4. You can avoid feelings of sexual frustration with your partner by masturbating, which is perfect if you've been known to go too fast.
5. By touching yourself now, you are ensuring a healthier sex life as you get older.
Maybe going toy-shopping isn't an untouchable (ahem) option after all.
