The Golden Globes: Sorta like the Oscars but with more booze.

The Golden Globes are fun. People seem relaxed (thanks to the champagne), there's food, and if you don't win there's always the Oscars. Let's take a moment to gab about last night's awards.

Kate Winslet started the night off right by finally taking home a Globe for her performance in The Reader. The night ended with a best actress award for Revolutionary Road. She seemed to be the only one surprised by her win, reflected in her comment, "I have a habit of not winning things." Not anymore.

I was relieved to see Brad finally lose the 'stache in favor of a goatee. It's a start. And no offense, but what was that sack your wife was wearing? Just because it's Versace doesn't mean it's attractive.

My husband Jon Hamm was robbed, but at least Mad Men took home the award for Best TV Drama. And why does January Jones look like a totally different person off set?

On the fashion front, many women decided to go nude. Ok, not literally. Demi Moore opted for a tiered flesh tone Dior, while Penelope Cruz choose Armani Prive. HSM star Vanessa Hudgens looked naked at first glance, along with Megan Fox and Elizabeth Banks. Let's hope this trend doesn't trickle down to the masses. More on the fashion later.

Salma Hayek and Sandra Bullock were not amused by Sacha Baron Cohen and his digs at Victoria Beckham and Charlie Sheen. Tough crowd.
