It's pretty shocking that Heidi Montag is 24, since she looks not a day younger than 30 (40?) with all of her plastic surgery. We're sure that this reality show star is wiser because of it, and now she gets the relief of turning over a new leaf for 24.

Heidi's been through a ton in the past year: she divorced her (crazy) husband, Spencer, she recovered from extensive surgery, and she struggled to keep her name in the press for as long as she could.
What should Heidi do next? We think that she should think hard about her path. Now is the time when she (and all other Virgos) are getting another chance to change things, so if she wants a new life, she's going to need to get moving.
One of the most notable changes about Heidi Montag's 24th will be the attention placed on her health. After all those surgeries, she's going to have to switch her focus from how she looks to how she feels. It's going to be hard, but it's her key to looking and feeling better.
